Orders and Shipping

  1. Browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to purchase.
  2. Once you choose a product, you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
  3. Select quantity and “add to your basket”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  4. In checkout we give you the opportunity to review your cart.
  5. From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first-time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

You will be prompted to create an account during the checkout process or continue with guest checkout.

Within My Account you will find the option to edit name, email address & password.

Delivery takes between 1-3 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.

Delivery cost for orders under £25 will be calculated on cart / checkout based on your delivery address. You will have the option to review this before proceeding with payment.

Free delivery for orders over £25.

At checkout you will be prompted to enter your credit card details. If your credit card details have changed you can simply add the new credit card details at that point.

Check that the card number, card name and expiry date is entered exactly as it is on the front of your card.


Check that your 3-digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly.

Yes, all prices are listed including VAT (20%).

Stripe is a payment service provider that accepts credit cards, digital wallets and many other payment methods.

Stripe encrypts all customers’ credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately, which means Stripe can’t see credit card numbers without taking extra steps.

Returns and Exchanges

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact
  • You log a return on the Website within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”) of delivery to you of the unwanted product.

Although we always strive to provide the perfect service, we understand that mistakes do occasionally happen.

If we have provided you with items that are not identical to the ones you ordered, we will gladly exchange them or refund you for the relevant amount, please contact us on info@thebeautyworx.co.uk and we will organize for your order to be exchanged or refunded.

If you have already paid for your order and have not yet received an email notifying that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, contact us at info@thebeautyworx.co.uk, so we can arrange for your order to be cancelled. You will be refunded in full.

Orders that are available for pre-order whilst sold out will be marked as “Available for back-order”.

Your order will be placed on checkout and will be dispatched once stock is available.
